Reporting a Hacker
We highly recommend you report players suspected of hacking or cheating directly to us via a support ticket but you can also report the user directly in-game.
Report a user directly to Support

Record a video of the hacking player either directly in game or using the Replay tool.
- We recommend the Replay tool as this will show the names of all nearby players! Type /demorec into the chat to start a recording, /demostop will stop the recording and save it on your device.
- The user's username or AGID must be included in the report or video.
- The video must show the user cheating.
- Create a Support ticket through our Support Website.
- Attach all screenshots & videos that you have collected about the incident and the player.
- Submit the ticket.
Report a hacker In-Game
- Open the Player list in the Social menu.

Right-click their username and select Report Player.
You can also select the Report Player option on the death screen when you die. - Add a title and description to your report. Give as much detail on the user (Username, Alderon Games ID), server, and location as possible.
- Select the Cheating category and click Send.
Reporting Chat Abuse
- Open the Player list in the Social menu.

Right-click their username and select Report Player.
Alternatively, you may click the yellow warning triangle. -
Add a title and description to your report.
Provide as much detail as you can regarding the event. This will assist Alderon Games in investigating. - Select the correct report type.
- Click Send.
Note: Please be aware that mass reporting users in multiple categories or for the same offense will not increase the chances of the user receiving a sanction.
Reporting via Support Ticket
If you would like to submit screenshots or videos with your report, you can do so by filling out a Support Ticket.

Take a screenshot or recording of the player's Username, Alderon Games ID, and the chat logs during the incident.
Please include all text you would like to report. - Create a Support ticket through our Support Website.
- Attach all screenshots & videos that you have collected about the incident and the player.
- Submit the ticket.
Note: Reporting a player is not the only action you can take. We recommend muting aggressive or abusive players. How to Mute a Player
