Report a Hacker
- If you are attacked or killed by a player you suspect to be hacking, press 'R' on the PC, or select the 'Report Player' option on the death screen when you die.
- Make sure to include a title and description for your report, and give as much detail on the user (Including username and Alderon ID), server and location as possible.
- Finish by making sure you have selected the cheating category for your report and click send.
You can also submit recordings or replays you captured directly to our support by submitting a support ticket.
Report Chat Abuse
- Open up your Social menu.
- Select the Player List tab.
- Locate the user and click on the Yellow warning triangle. PC users can also right-click on the desired user and select "Report Player" in the dropdown.
Note: Reporting a player is not the only action you can take. You can also select the Green Microphone to permanently mute the user in chat!
- Select a Reason. It is very important you select the correct reason for the report to ensure the user you are reporting are also investigated for the right thing.
- Write a short description describing the event. Your description will help us understand your situation!
- Once all of this has been done, you may click on the Send button.
Please be aware that mass reporting users in multiple categories or for the same offence will not increase the chances of the user getting muted or banned.
Report via a Support Ticket
- Take a screenshot or recording of the player's chat messages and make sure to include all text that you want to report. Save this screenshot.
- Take a screenshot or write down this player's name and nine-digit Alderon Games ID in the 'Social' menu. e.g. 123-456-789.
Make sure you get the right player information, or we may not be able to investigate your report.
- Create a support ticket through our support website.
- Attach all screenshots and information you have collected about the incident and player and submit the ticket.
Note: Reporting a player is not the only action you can take. We recommend muting aggressive or abusive users: How to Mute a Player.
You can read our Terms of Service for more information on what behaviour may warrant a player report.
