On average, support tickets are answered within 24-72 hours of receiving them, however if you have waited more than seven days for a response or further help, please check that there are no replies in your spam or junk inboxes.
Please be aware that repeatedly opening Support tickets can result in a delay in resolving your issue. We recommend submitting one ticket per issue.
