Refunds for PC or Google Play Store:
If you would like to request a refund for an order from the Alderon Games Store or Google Play Store, please open a support ticket on our website. Your refund request must include the following order details:
- Your Alderon Games account ID
- The order reference code of the order(s) you want to refund.
Please ensure that you have the correct Order reference and Alderon Games ID in your refund request. An incorrect order reference means we will be unable to locate your purchase and you will need to contact us again.
Refunds for IOS:
If you would like to request a refund your Path of Titans or Backer Skin purchase, you must do it through the App Store or Contact Apple directly.
Alderon Games does not control any refunds on purchases made through the App Store so we are unable to refund your purchase(s) on our end. We cannot give an estimated time of arrival for when you will receive your funds back after initiating a refund request as Apple processes the refund.
