If you encounter a troublesome player who is breaking our Terms of Service in the in-game chat, you can simply report this user but you can also at any time mute users you would rather not see in chat. The muted user will not know you have muted them. You can mute users either directly in the game or on the website.
How to mute a player In-Game
1. Go to the Social tab and select the Player List.
2. Search for the user you would like to mute.

3. Click on the green microphone. Done!

How to mute on the Website
1. Log in to your Alderon Games account.
2. Click on your username at the top right to access your settings.
3. Then head over to the Mutes tab.

4. Write or paste the Alderon Games ID of the user you wish to mute. 5. Click the Mute User that appears below. |

6. Confirm it iss the correct user you want to mute and click green Mute button to mute the user. You can find muted users in Mutes and remove the mute by pressing the red X if you change your mind. |
