My Account doesn't have a Password
If you are encountering issues with logging into your Alderon Games account using our supported sign-in methods, such as Discord, Steam, Apple or Google. If your account doesn't have a Password tied to it then we suggest adding one after using one of the previously mentioned login methods.
To add a password, you will need to go to your Alderon Games account settings and at the bottom of the available options, you will see an option to enter a new password. Once you have entered a password, you will then need to retype it word for word in the password confirmation box directly below and hit Save. You will now be able to log in with your selected password. The email linked with your Alderon Games account is the email that you see in your "Email Address" box in your Alderon Games account settings. |
I Forgot my Password
If you forgot your password you can click on the Forgot your password? link at the bottom of the login options. You must then enter the email tied to your account and click the green Request button. An email with further instructions will be sent out to your email. If you have not received an email please make sure to check your spam or junk folder.

I keep getting login errors 2
It won’t let me login and I can’t get to the main menu. It keeps saying PlayStation network login lost connection to PlayStation network has been lost. That’s what it actually says.
