Open a Support ticket and make an account deletion request via our help center. Please be aware you will need to verify account ownership for support to process your deletion request.
- Support will then ask you to confirm your request as deleting your account will remove all your progress and previous purchases.
- Once you have confirmed, support will queue your account for deletion. Your account will remain in the queue for 30 days before it is deleted. Please be aware you will not be able to play the game once your account has been put into the deletion queue.
Note: Some data about your account will need to be kept for legal reasons and to be compliant with laws for certain countries.
