What is a Backer Role?
By linking your Discord account with to your Alderon Games account you will get the Backer role in the Official Path of Titans Discord server if you have purchased the game. This grants you access to the #backer-chat text and a new name color.
You can also use your Discord connection as an alternative log in method.
How do I become a Backer?
If you have purchased the game all you need to do is this:

Join the Official Path of Titans Discord.

Visit https://discordapp.com in your browser.

Sign in to the Discord account you would like your backer role to be applied to.

Visit https://alderongames.com in a different browser tab.

Sign in to the Alderon Games account you would like to connect to your Discord.

Click on your Username in the upper right corner of the website.

Click on the Discord in the middle of the page.
- Follow any further prompts to connect your accounts.
The backer role may take up to 48 hours to appear for you. If the role has not appeared for you, please check that your accounts are connected properly, then submit a support ticket for further assistance.
Are there any benefits in game?
No, there are no benefits other than an additional login method. This role is not associated with Backer skins.
