These are common troubleshooting steps for Audio issues for PC's utilizing Windows.
In-Game Settings

Ensure Path of Titans audio settings are correct.

Speaker Icon Tray

Make sure your preferred device is selected as the current audio device by clicking on the speaker icon in your icon tray.

If your audio device is not set to your preferred device, you can change it by left-clicking the drop down arrow to the right.

If using a Playstation®5 Dualshock Controller with your PC, ensure that the controller's headphone jack is not the preferred audio device.

Volume Mixer

Check the Volume Mixer settings by right-clicking the speaker icon in your icon tray and selecting Volume Mixer.

Depending on the amount of programs or applications running, you may have to scroll to the right. These settings can be individually adjusted.

App Volume (Windows 10)

Check your App volume and device preferences (Windows 10).

This screen can be reached by searching for Sound Settings in the Windows search bar and scrolling down to find App volume and device preferences.

If these settings are incorrect, or you wish to reset them to their default values, scroll down and click Reset.

Device Properties (Windows 10)

Check your specific device properties. In the Windows search bar type Sound Settings and open the Sound menu. Scroll down and left-click on Sound Control Panel. A small menu will open.

Right-click on your preferred audio device and select Properties or left click your device and select Properties in the bottom left corner.
- In this new menu, ensure the Device Usage option is set to "Enabled". On the Levels tab, make sure the levels are not set to 0.
