What is a Bugtracker skin?
Bugtracker skins are special skins that are not available for purchase. These skins are awarded to users who report bugs, exploits or other unintended behaviors. Players can also earn Bugtracker skins by attending certain Public Testing Branch events in our Discord server. Not every testing session will grant a Bugtracker skin.
You can report bugs on our Bugtracker Website! For more information on how to report bugs, please check out our How to Report Bugs and Exploits article.
Not all bug reports will receive a bug tracker skin.
Obtaining a Bugtracker skin
While we cannot guarantee a Bugtracker skin we recommend the following to maximize your chances of obtaining one:
- Be the first person to report a bug or exploit.
-
Ensure you have provided as much information as possible. Useful information includes but is not limited to:
-
- Game or launcher version number
- Your platform, your hardware
- Your software (OS, drivers etc.)
- Reproduction steps (what we need to do to encounter the bug you found)
- Video and/or screenshots
- Official or community server
- Any other information which may be relevant to the bug you found such as map coordinates, abilities used etc.
-
- Provide as much necessary information as possible on an already existing bug report.
Please note that posting your bug multiple times or on multiple platforms or asking staff for a skin will not increase your chances of obtaining a Bugtracker skin. Harassing staff or abusing test sessions on our Public Test Branch may prevent you from receiving a Bugtracker skin. Alderon Games support can't speed up the review time of your bug report or grant you any bugtracker skins for your report.
