Bugtracker skins are handed out to users who report bugs, exploits or other unintended behaviours as well as attend certain Public Testing Branch events in our Discord Server where a Bugtracker skin is promised. If you are unsure how or where to report a bug please head over to this article! If you have reported bugs before you may know not all bug reports receive a Bugtracker skin.
While we cannot guarantee a Bugtracker skin we recommend the following to maximize your chances of obtaining one:
- Be the first person to report a bug or exploit.
- Ensure you have provided as much information as possible. Useful information includes but is not limited to: game or launcher version number, your platform, your hardware, your software (OS, drivers etc.), reproduction steps (what we need to do to encounter the bug you found), video and/or screenshots, official or community server, any other information which may be relevant to the bug you found such as map coordinates, abilities used etc.
- Provide as much necessary information as possible on an already existing bug report.
Please note that posting your bug multiple times or on multiple platforms or asking staff for a skin will not increase your chances of obtaining a Bugtracker skin. Harassing staff or abusing test sessions on our Public Test Branch may prevent you from receiving a Bugtracker skin.
There are currently 4 different Bugtracker skins players can receive for the following creatures:
