If you have encountered an issue when playing the Path of Titans, then we highly suggest making a bug report.
Reports will help our developers resolve the issue in future updates and also give you a chance to obtain one of our exclusive Bugtracker skins!
We have a couple ways for users to submit bug reports, and it will depend on the device you are playing on!
MOBILE DEVICES
The right-most option that looks like a bug will open a bug report and you can write your report in there! All game crashes will automatically send a report to our developers so you do not need to write a report if your game crashes.
If you are using an Android device and experiencing performance issues with the Path of Titans mobile app, we also have a survey that you can fill out that will help our developers know what is wrong with your specific mobile device! This will help our developers focus on optimizations and fixes for those specific phones!
Click here to access the survey!
PC
If you are playing on PC, the best way to make a bug report will be on our GitHub. To make a post on our GitHub page, you will need to have a GitHub account and also follow our Bug Reporting Format.
To access our GitHub, please click here and then click on the New Issue button. You can then copy and paste our format and describe your report there. Please include as much information as you can, and also include screenshots and/or videos. Be sure to include your Alderon Games ID and version of Path of Titans you are playing on!
For launcher-specific bugs, please head over to our launcher GitHub here!
DISCORD
If all else fails you can also report bugs directly in our bug forums in our official Discord server! Please look for the server forum called bug-forum or alternatively type !bug in one of our text channels for a link directly to our bug-forum.
PUBLIC TEST BRANCH
Bugs found in our public test branch should be reported in our Discord server. Make sure you assign yourself the tester role for access to the PTB section of the server. All discussions or reports relevant to the PTB should remain within the PTB section to prevent confusion!
